Delivery

Delivery costs.
Standard postage is via Royal Mail 2nd class and postage is free on all UK orders over £25.00 – there is the option to upgrade postage during the checkout process.

Orders under £25.00 = £2.50 (flat rate)
Orders over £25.00 = FREE (Royal Mail 2nd class)

Sunday 15th December – standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
Wednesday 18th December – Royal Mail 1st Class/Tracked48
Thursday 19th December – Royal Mail Tracked24
Friday 20th December – Royal Mail Special Delivery

Please note that delivery estimates are for guidance only. We will pack and post your order as quickly as possible but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery date as this will be dependant on the service of Royal Mail. Please order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Standard delivery information.
Orders are packed and sent as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 working days.

Our regular posting days are usually Tuesday and Thursday mornings – when the mobile Post Office van serves our village.

We always post items out as soon as possible, please contact us if you need something urgently/by a particular date and we'll do our best to help.

If you'd like something in a hurry, please contact us.

Local collection possible (St Ives area, Cornwall) contact us to discuss.

International orders.
We're now shipping to certain countries worldwide from our Etsy store.

Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR regulations we are unable to send orders to countries in the EU, EEA and Northern Ireland from December 2024. We are hoping that this will be a temporary pause and are actively working to find a possible solution.

Returns & exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days if you need to return an item.

The following items cannot be returned (unless damaged or faulty).
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale, seconds and samples

Conditions of return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges.
If you wish to exchange something in your order please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund. If you need assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

Payment options

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
